Abimbola Aladejare-Salako is a Nigerian gender advocate, activist, and development leader best known as the Founder and Executive Director of the New Generation Girls and Women Development Initiative (NIGAWD), an organisation that promotes the empowerment, rights, and wellbeing of girls, women, and youths. She leads initiatives for girls' education, women's rights, reproductive health awareness, and youth empowerment.
